Pending Order / Backorder

Most plans will be delivered within 5 minutes. However, they may remain in "pending" status until your order is manually reviewed by a support agent.


If your service is not up and running, there are several reasons:
  1. There was an error in automatic provisioning
  2. You selected a backordered / out of stock location
  3. You ordered a service that does not have automatic creation


If you selected a backordered location, there is no estimated time the service will go back in stock. If your service is supposed to have automatic provisioning, is not up and running, and is not backordered, contact support for assistance.
